Customer-no-service

I'd like for once to get beyond the sophomoric third-stringers who generally ask if your computer is plugged in.

Unfortunately, this is usually my problem. :) So the big question is about great music being no longer available. What about Brittany or Snoop Dogg? Hasselhoff?
Have a great day!

Jim,

I recently had a problem with a new USB network adapter (turns out that my router firmaware need to be updated.) Enroute to the solution I spent 3 hours with Level 1 & "premium" technicians, both from India. The premium guy
said he would call back the next day. No call. I recalled Tech support and told them that I wanted to talk to someone who was competent, spoke english and who was located in my time zone. The nice lady who helped me had me going in 20 minutes. I guess this shows that there are competent folks available, but hard to access

Jaimie,

You left out the greatest music still available after all- New Age!

And T-Buns- I too have called back but with the following additional parameter: not merely someone who spoke English, but a Native English speaker...

They teach us to look for the information in IT school. You just have to data mine for it. The Indians over there don't have respect for American tech support seekers the call the 30/10's 30 years old 10 year old mentality. Most level ones tech support have issues.
